What data we collect
Contact form
When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address and message, plus your phone number and a subject line if you choose to provide them. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry.
Cookie consent choices
When you make a choice in our cookie banner, we record which cookie categories you accepted, a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself), your browser's user agent, and a session identifier — so we can show your choice was actually given if ever asked, and so you aren't asked again on every visit.
Cookies and tracking
A consent banner asks your permission before anything beyond strictly necessary cookies runs:
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to work (e.g. remembering your cookie choice, security). Always active.
- Analytics — Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site. Only loads if you accept.
- Marketing — Google Ads conversion tracking, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Only loads if you accept.
We use Google's Consent Mode, so Google Analytics and Google Ads stay blocked by default until you accept the relevant category. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie preferences link in the site footer.
Other services we may use
- Google Tag Manager — manages the analytics/marketing tags above; it does not itself set tracking cookies.
- UserWay — an optional accessibility toolbar. If enabled, it loads a script from userway.org.
- Our email delivery provider — to send contact form notifications and other transactional email.
Why we process your data
We process contact form submissions based on your consent in submitting the form and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. We process analytics and marketing cookie data only with your explicit, freely-given consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for our own records, then delete them. We keep cookie consent records for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance with applicable law.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers listed above — strictly to provide those services — or where required by law.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we process your data
- Withdraw consent at any time (for cookies, via the cookie preferences link in the footer)
- Lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr) if you believe we've mishandled your data
